Inviting Sites to a Meeting

During the scheduling or re-scheduling process, you can invite video sites to your meeting.  One of the advantages of inviting sites to a meeting is that site line rate, interface type, IP address, ISDN number, alias name and alias type can be pre-set.  They can also select to dial in to the meeting when meeting starts or have vMeeting.NET to dial out to them and connect them to the meeting.
