Adding Attachments to a Meeting 

You can attach a document or an URL address to a meeting while you are scheduling a meeting, before meeting starts or even after meeting ends.  Participants can view these attachments at anytime, before meeting starts and after meeting ends.

Once a meeting is scheduled, invited participants receive all attachments in their e-mail notifications.

To add attachments:

  1. During the meeting scheduling or updating process, click on the button under the Schedule vMeeting Page.  The Attachments Form will be displayed.

  1. To attach a document, click the button to select the document you want to submit, then click the button.

  2. To attach an URL, type in the URL address into the Web URL field, then click on the button. For example, enter http://www.vantagegvt.com, then click the button to attach.

  3. All attached files and URLs will be displayed under the Attachment List.  Click on the OK button when finish adding the attachments.  

  4. Click to finish scheduling the meeting.

 

 

To delete attachments:

  1. During the meeting scheduling or updating process, click on the button under the Schedule vMeeting Page.  The Attachments Form will be displayed.

  1. Simply select the attachments that you wish to delete

  2. Then click on the Delete Checked button to remove them.
